Lorelai invited 8 girls to join her for a "Pretty Pink Party"

It was fun. This group of girls is extremely sophisticated and knowledgeable about things. They seem much older than their years, which surprised me, since they're only in 1st grade. What will they all be like by middle school?

Happy Birthday Lorelai!

Lorelai just turned 7. She is kind, helpful, sociable, friendly, and the newest trait: dramatic. We love her a lot. She is a great sister and an all-around loving little girl. Happy Birthday Lorelai!

Azael Birthday

Azael just turned THIRTEEN! He is a great kid and growing so fast.

 After the arcade we built a bonfire and Azael opened his cards. Here he is with a card her received (it's for a 1-year-old, but his friend added a 3). Everyone thought it was HIL-AR-IOUS!

Azael is very conscientious and responsible (for a 7th grader). He enjoys forensics, drama, cross country and tennis. He has a great group of friends who we like very much. Azael is extremely funny... he can keep a group of kids rolling with laughter (which is great fun at the dinner table, let me tell you - lol).  Happy Birthday Azael!
