The Doctor Who season premier and 50th anniversary happened last week. All our kids were extremely excited. Ephraim was so excited that he decided we needed decorations. He made three posters.

Cora is growing

Cora is growing up. Here we all are just before church a few weeks ago.

Jane's Birthday

Jane just turned 4. Happy Birthday Jane!

Jane is a unique little girl. Extremely headstrong. She knows what she wants and she gets it at all costs. For example, she decided to cut her hair for the second time. There are large chunks out of it here and there, but we couldn't really even it out without her looking like a boy, so now she's just kind of unkempt looking. ;)  Jane loves her brothers and sisters. She loves her friends. She enjoys playing with dolls, attempting to play on the computer, and she is extremely independent, frequently getting herself a full meal from the kitchen (uncooked oatmeal with brown sugar and milk, for example). We love Jane and her strong nature and are excited to see what she'll do with all that strength some day!

Cora & the Girls

I'm not in many pictures, so we tried to snap one of me holding Cora before church one Sunday. We captured one with Cora semi-smiling, and of course I'm looking like "OK, I give up." 

 Then Lorelai and Jane wanted to join in... but we couldn't quite get everyone looking/happy at the same time. The variety of expressions is kind of fun, though.

Mystery Man took the kids to a local pumpkin patch last weekend while Cora and I rested. They had a great time. These photos seem have been taken when everyone was tuckered out from the fun... Or zombies had sucked the life out of everyone. :)
